These terms cover your use of yorewind.com. By using it, you agree to them. If you're a child, a parent or guardian should read them with you.
Yorewind teaches history by voice. A guide tells the story, talks it over with your child, and checks what they understood. The free tool lets kids talk with people from history. All of these voices are AI.
We write every lesson from checked sources, and we tell the AI to stay inside them. But AI can still make mistakes, mishear, or say something odd. The people from history are AI voices playing a part, based on what historians know. Please be nearby when young children use Yorewind, and treat it as a starting point for learning, not the last word.
Some lessons and the free tool cost nothing and need no account. Full courses will be paid, and the price will be clear before you pay. You'll be able to cancel any time.
The lessons, recordings, scenes, and site design belong to Yorewind. You may use them for your own family's or group's learning.
We work hard to keep Yorewind accurate and running, but we provide it as is. We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using Yorewind after that means you accept the new terms.
